- Animal related questions will be forwarded to the proper staff member. Please allow one full week for a reply. We love answering your questions, but our main responsibility is caring for the animals and plants.
- All other email received Monday - Friday is usually answered within 24 hours.
- E-mail received on weekends and holidays will be answered the next business day.
